The northern Priorat, at the foot of the Serra Major del Montsant, is the landscape that cradles all the wines of Celler Pasanau. The magnitude of the footprint of this territory gives identity to each of the estates that EL SENDER traces and to the personality of some ecological grapes that are born in Poboleda and take off to La Morera de Montsant in an itinerary with five hundred meters of difference and that runs through seven unique places, five generations of Pasanau, four soil types and more than three hundred million years of geological history.
